To register and maintain a jillis account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: jillis strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance returned in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
To open a jillis account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and your own.
Each eligible person is permitted to hold only one jillis account. Opening or operating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. jillis reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, forfeit all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillis login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jillis will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify jillis immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jillis is required to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID) and a selfie photograph. jillis may request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.
All deposits to jillis accounts are transacted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jillis accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, USDT). Additional payment methods may be made available at jillis's discretion.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jillis wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within 15–60 minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations have been received.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit transactions below this threshold will be rejected. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier, and are displayed at the time of deposit.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account or bank account that does not belong to the registered jillis account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. jillis reserves the right to return third-party deposits to their source.
Anti-Money Laundering: jillis complies with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Large or suspicious transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence, and jillis is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) the requesting account is fully KYC-verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met; (c) the account is in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 banking business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to network conditions. jillis does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Standard withdrawal limits apply per account tier per day. VIP tier players have higher daily withdrawal limits. jillis reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed specified threshold amounts.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account or bank account registered in the same name as the jillis account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
jillis may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
jillis prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms; and any other conduct that jillis determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer. jillis reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse.
Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account balance without notice. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period.
All games available on the jillis platform operate according to the rules published for each individual game. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.
All random-outcome games (including but not limited to slots, virtual table games, and RNG bingo) on jillis use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by approved third-party testing laboratories. Certification results confirm that game outcomes are statistically random and not predetermined.
Live dealer games are hosted by real dealers in professionally operated studios. Game results in live dealer games are determined by physical actions (card deals, dice throws, roulette spins) captured by optical recognition technology. Live dealer game feeds are monitored in real time. jillis is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by network or connectivity issues on the player's end.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jillis reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No payout will be made on the basis of a malfunctioning game. jillis's decision in such cases is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jillis and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
jillis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory or legal requirements; or jillis's own business judgment that continued operation of an account poses unacceptable risk.
In cases where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — jillis reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance of the account. In cases where an account is closed without player fault, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required investigations.
Players may also close their own jillis account at any time by contacting jillis support via live chat. Upon request, the account will be closed and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillis platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any jillis content without prior written authorization from jillis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillis and its officers, directors, employees, partners, game providers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jillis platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to game malfunctions; loss of account access; losses arising from unauthorized account access; or service interruptions.
jillis's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the jillis platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jillis's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
jillis collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jillis, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jillis complies with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in handling all player personal data. Player data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and the provision of jillis services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jillis operates in accordance with the rules, regulations, and requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jillis reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. For material amendments that adversely affect player rights, jillis will provide advance notice by SMS to the player's registered mobile number or via an in-platform notification, at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, where practicable.
Continued use of the jillis platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using jillis and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
